What we collect

Enquiry form: name, email address, company (optional), matter type and the message you send. Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, retained by our hosting provider for security purposes.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before an engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5). To keep this website secure (legitimate interests — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives it

Our form-handling provider FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), our email and hosting providers, and — where a matter proceeds — the ERS Consulting lawyers and advisers working on it. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA and Türkiye under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for [12] months unless an engagement follows, in which case it is retained under our file-retention rules and applicable professional obligations.

Your rights
